We have 17 different sized buildings. Most of them are more than 50 years old. Such old buildings have many maintenance problems. Along with buildings we have to maintain our furniture, vehicles, wiring and plumbing works and others. Because of high humidity we are facing fungal problems in equipment also. For beautiful teaching learning activities we need our buildings, furniture, equipment and vehicles effective, efficient and user friendly. Despite old buildings we are able to provide good services with help of Maintenance Plan. Every year we prepare MP and works accordingly so that we are never facing repairing problems.
